Delivered quickly and logs burn well

Great customer service and the oak wood is excellent. Helpful if the delivery company you use would have large pallet fork lift truck carrier to deliver heavy loads. They had to leave it by our front gates 30 meters from the garage where the wood is stored.

Product was exactly as described on the easy to use web site. It arrived promptly with a very helpful driver. The only think I would like improved was having to wait all day for the delivery as I did not know when it would arrive, I don't think paying £15 to be told am or pm delivery is ok.

Excellent product, well priced and an excellent website. The only issue I have ever had is with delivery. Drivers always call and let you know when the drop will be made but they are invariably driving huge fixed body trucks which has caused access issues before. They also only have hand pallet trucks so forget it if you are on gravel and expect the logs to be moved further than a few feet from the truck.

Quick delivery and good quality logs, i have just marked it down slightly as the weight of the logs is sold at approx 800kg where as there was 680kg delivered, i feel that is slightly out of "approximation" and so slightly undersold.
