Excellent wood , we’ll packaged and they palettes right to my door

Ordered a large ash crate last year and was very happy with the quality and burn of the logs. Reordered again this year, delivery again was excellent, and quality again looks superb. Excellent supplier and service.

The charcoal was supposed to be restaurant grade , burnt out very quickly , short cooking life. Normally use CPL , lasts twice as long , more hardwood in the mix. Very disappointed with the product.

Efficient and trustworthy suppliers of excellent quality kiln dried logs. From time of online purchase to delivery of my half crate (birch) + 6 bags of kindling was two days. This was standard delivery to my postcode area. Communication on dispatch to carrier, to delivery was excellent. My order was delivered exactly in the middle of time window given by the carrier. Easy on-line ordering and delivery. I would have rated my experience as 5 stars as on previous occasions, but the bags I received this time had large amounts of what can only be described as kindling in them and a good proportion of the logs were very small. But it will all burn in the end!

There are many ways of purchasing how you get your logs; I chose logs packed in nets as they're easy for me to handle and store. Free delivery is as you require and my delivery came perfectly packed exactly on time. This is one of the top companies that I deal with, having bought before. Don't spend time browsing multiple websites, get what you need from here and you won't be disappointed.
