Delivery originally planned for a certain day. Late evening before the delivery date a chap from the firm rang to apologise that the logs could not be delivered until the following day. Really appreciated his dedication to me as a customer. Excellent service and although the logs will not be ready to burn for another year ( as expected ) they seem to be good quality with very little bits in the sack

UK Logs were great. They had the log species I wanted in the size of crate I required. The logs were delivered within 2 days with no problems and the courier was most helpful by putting the crate just where I needed it. The logs themselves were great ...lovely size, clean and so dry.
