We required a new boiler and a new hot water tank, plus some radiator changes. Not an easy job, working over three floors with some unique pipework. Great attention to detail The team were lovely, polite, professional and dis a great job keeping the house and carpets well protected. It is very difficult to find heating engineers who are au fait with air source heat pumps but this Company are spot on. From speaking with Charlie to arrange the work to be done, followed by the visit from Tommy who completely replaced a huge cylinder without leaving a spot of dust or dirt! Finally Jay who serviced the boiler with the minimum of fuss. Everyone I dealt with at this Company were super polite and helpful. All paperwork spot on thanks to Abi. New boiler fitted really quickly from enquiry to installation. Although we had some teething problems, the installer and Tom were responsive and understanding. Friendly and professional.

I highly recommend using Active Heating. I called them regarding my F52 fault on my boiler and they attended as soon as. The engineer was professional, tidy on his work and fixed it in no time. Communication with the office regarding the appointment was spot on.

I have used Active Heating and Renewables for the past seven years, ever since Tom installed a new boiler and radiators, when I converted from a condensing boiler to a combi. Tom and his team have serviced the boiler annually since, this year’s service was carried out by David. The text system for letting you know when the engineer is on way, is very useful. David’s a lovely guy, knowledgable, polite and tidied up at the end of the service. Would thoroughly recommend Active Heating and Renewables! 👍😁
