John came to service my boiler (installed by AP&H last year) and just after I had shown him where the boiler was situated upstairs I collapsed at the top of the stairs and called to John for help. He assisted me down the stairs to the living room and got me a drink. Having satisfied himself that I was suitable recovered he then proceeded to service my boiler. John from Active Plumbing came over to carry out our annual boiler service. He was very professional, courteous and tidy. We then had a follow up appointment with Tommy after discovering a cracked sink pipe and he fixed it with ease. Again, very professional and so efficient.
