the syetm needed to cleaned and optized for stibility and speed and seemed to provide the knowledge to know how to clean up the junnk that was cause the system to be effected by outside sources. this work was performed by Geekway the technician by the name of Victor. it was a pleasure to work with him. I decided to take senior lifetime plan to keep my computers working properly.2

I had a lot difficulty with speed. Getting the speed repaired was a learning experience. Victor was knowledgeable and if he didn't have the answer he would seek help from the technicians. All my questions were answered.

My experience with Geekway was very satisfactory. I am a senior citizen who needed someone to be very exact and helpful to be able to understand what his company had to offer, and Victor was the perfect gentleman to guide me through what I needed to do. He helped me understand all the advantages and disadvantages of having the protection of all the features I would get. He had so much patience and was so kind that I was able to do what I needed to do to get signed up and started to get all the help I needed. I signed up for GeekWay Tech to protect my wife's and my personal laptops. There were a lot of issues with malware and attacks from outside that were slowing down the laptops and corrupting the operating system and files. The technician who helped us was excellent. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He got both laptops set up and working with our wireless printers. I signed up for 5 years of service at what I thought was a reasonable fee compared to what I was paying for Best Buy's Geek Squad service which wasn't optimizing or protecting our laptops. I highly recommend GeekWay and in particular Mr. Jaden Reed for his professional help.

Very disappointed in your service have had problems with my computer and laptop with infection of both viruses and Trojans and they have not been in touch since the second day of purchasing there so called guarantee that it was to have a year contract! Had to call long distance several times with promises Dave would call me back, I have yet to here from him!!! They led me to believe they were the Geek Squad but they are not they are Geek Way. I paid $250.00 and have yet to hear from Dave or anyone from them! I finally called Geek Squad and finally got through to London ON Canada and they told me to call my bank that it was fraud and get my money back!!! Now it is 2 weeks have passed and my computer and laptop are to go to Geek Squad said they take money not over the phone or over internet only in person. Therefore I need both desktop and laptop fixed then cleared off to start as new! Certainly not impressed by being scammed by this GEEK WAY! Took the money and ran!!! Patricia L. Hollister..

Our experience was very rewarding. We solved our printing problems, but we still have problems with the scanner. Your representative Jaden Reed was very helpful, patient, and understanding. Laptop needed a lot of cleaning took 2 days very hard to get done. The techs (Jaden and Victor) were diligent getting it done for me. I did have trouble understanding their language. I hope things will work much now. If problem arises you will be first to now Geekway.
