United States | 14 December 2022Hello, my name is Cole Eckman and I am currently a freshman attending FGCU in Estero, FL. I am writing this review today because I feel that it is the least that I can do. Here is the story: I purchased a prebuilt gaming computer from the company "NZXT", and within the first two minutes of attempting to setup Windows, I recieved a stop code that prevented me from continuing on with the Windows setup. I contacted NZXT and they sent me instructions on what to do. These instructions (frustratingly) were far too complicated for me to take a shot at. NZXT asked that I perform a clean installation of Windows 11 using a seperate computer. At this point, my options were to either wait another 2 weeks, send the computer back to NZXT, have them fix it and ship it back, or, see if there was any 3rd party willing to help me with this process. I contacted GeekWay and got on the phone with Jaden Reed, a technician at GeekWay. Our phone call started at about 5:30PM on 12/09, and we worked on the phone for close to three 3 hours before Jaden explained to me that if we wanted to continue with the process, we would need to pick up where we left off tomorrow. To cut to the chase, Jaden explained how he would contact me at 10AM the following day, and sure enough, 10AM arrives and Jaden is once again on the other line. We worked together on the phone for about close to another 3 hours. Unfortunately, Jaden, along with his associates, were unable to find a solution to my problem as it was hardware problem and not a software problem. With all of this said, there's obviously a reason I'm writing this review today. GeekWay, more than any other online computer company I have worked with, presented to me the highest quality of customer support I have ever encountered. Jaden explained to me that a payment would not be neccesary until they were able to find a solution. My case was unfortunately unable to be solved, but even though Jaden had spent 6 hours collectively on the phone with me, he was not upset nor disappointed by the outcome. He explained to me how GeekWay's utmost priority is customer satisfaction, and making the customer happy. During the process of trying to fix my computer, Jaden was in complete understanding of what I could and couldn't understand, and worked to fix the problem to the best of his efforts. It is such a shame that I had a very unique, difficult problem with my computer and that they were unable to fix it, and I'm writing this review today because they absolutely deserve it. Jaden, while we were on the phone, improvised in almost every situation, and I could tell he was willing to try everything possible to try and fix my computer. Although I am going to now have to send the computer back and wait for NZXT to fix it, I wanted to write this review for GeekWay so that future customers understand that they really will be getting the best of the best. It was an excellent A-Z experience and with any future computer problems headed my way, I won't have to think twice about where to go.
