He tried every fix he could find on his own, to no avail. At that point we needed professional assistance. I contacted GeekWay and they offered a complementary scan. The senior tech Mr James worked on the PC for three full days, including a full factory reset. I highly recommend their services.

United States | 15 November 2024I am so happy I found this company! With my husband travelling a lot, my computer continued to have problems even after he fixed it. I had been experiencing the same issues with every computer I purchased, so I kept thinking it was the computers, but how could this be, because the computer is new? He is an engineer and knows how to operate computer software very well, but then after a certain period of time after I purchase a new computer over the years, I would have problems with sending and receiving emails, and my computer would start slowing down. This is when I decided to find another solution to my problems. So I googled looking for a nearby company in my neighborhood, but in route I found this company called GeekWay, LLC. I thought the name sounded interested and decided to call. I am so glad I did, because right away, Anna, began to encourage me and told me she could fix all my issues permanently. So, I reluctantly gave her control of my computer, but at first, I looked at some reviews, and then decided to take a chance. I would have not done this in the past, but she was well educated on this subject, very professional, patience and courteous. After she ran the test, I discovered there were all kind of issues going on, including foreign invasions. Now I realized thinking back in the past why this could be the reason for a few strange and concerning emails received, and one made reference to my password. So, I decided to put my trust in this company for the next 3 years, because they solved my email problems, and am looking forward to testing to see if what Anna stated. She said that I will never regret this decision, so all I can say is, "Only time will tell," so in about 6 months, I will come back with another review and give you another observation about my experience. For right now, I would like to thank Anna for all her help and helping to educate me with her company's software.
