Being able to talk to the same person each time made this very helpful. I apologise for the connection problems from Spectrum, they say there is still nothing wrong, connections were slow and not good, which delayed the process, not because of the person on my account. Totally on our end, the help and expertise were great and now work great at this time. I feel very fortunate to have a company/y behind me if anything else happens. Anna did a great job educating me on my new computer, and fixing my printer that is HP Envy 6400 as everything I learned before was done for all workers on their it department, hard to learn all over again .
