Helped me out a ton

I had a question on the set-up part of the POS system. Using the online chat tab, it was refreshing to speak with a live person, not automated responses. I’ve contacted Lavu a couple of times for help. Every time, I’ve dealt with kind and helpful customer service agents. Thank you for this!!

Roy stayed on the phone with me for about an hour to help me connect our receipt printer. He stayed patient and kind during our entire phone call. He was extremely helpful by not just asking me to go through the motions, but explaining each step so that I understood what was going on and learning.

I have to give props and kudos to the engineers / technicians who provide support for Lavu. I was tasked with upgrading hardware, getting current with the newest Lavu release, and setting up new EMV chip card readers. I was able to set up a phone call with a splendid fellow named Rahul who was an onboarding specialist. He was able to assist with the tasks mentioned above in a manor that showed he was experienced and wasn't just reading off some documentation to me. He was friendly, concise, and a pleasure to receive support from. With his assistance, I was able to successfully refresh all hardware (iPads) with newer models that ran the newest Lavu App release, and set up the new card readers in just a couple of hours while avoiding severe interruptions to the existing Lavu environment being used for business operations.
