I have been trying to get the Pax S300 to accept P2P Encryption. Jack from LAVU payment department has been working with me on this project. He is knowledgeable and patient and has been very helpful in doing numerous tests and configurations to get it to work. I am now in discussion with Pax engineering. Once resolved Jack will do another test to be sure it works correctly on your POS system for my merchant.

I have been in business for over 20 years and have used a few POS in this timeframe. Lavu it’s the Best. Why? Their customer service!!!! These guy’s are always there to help. It does not matter what time of day it is, or what day. Sunday, holiday you name it they always pick up the phone. Usually in a timely matter. Terrible at call backs

Whenever we’ve needed help. They have been there to solve the problem.

They have solved most of the down time issues, but the system still isnt the easiest to navigate or personalize. Customer service is hit or miss--sometimes it depends on who you get. Also has odd quirks like not being able to scan the gift cards that they sell. It's become a system that we're used to. Not in love, not out of love.

Well a bad router and bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth...the router that they sold me was the culprit for a terrible transition into the LAVU software. The sold me a bad router...which they were aware of once I paid for a network engineer to solve the issue...you think they could have reimbursed me for the router? No because my employee threw out the box... A lame excuse left a bad taste in my mouth. Too bad because I’d probably still be with them...
