Shane was very patient with me and helped me fixing all the issues, got it back on track after 2 hours over the phone trying all the steps he was telling me.

A larger loss was the HOURS we spent on the phone trying to fix the problem. I’m addition , we spent multiple hours trying to solve the problem prior to Lavu admitting they knew what the problem was and that it was admittedly all LAVUd fault. $99. Is not nearly enough compensation for the man hours spent on a problem Lavu created. Sohaib Was fantastic. Very helpful and patient. Lavu is very lucky to have Sohaib

United States | 25 February 2022Rating would be higher if the Procedure for switching from one Processor to LAVU Pay had been clearer. The process was quite painful, it took weeks for us to even get our Card Readers after we had already committed to switching from HEARTLAND whom we have been with for 12 Years, to LAVU PAY. That took several Email attempts to the Salesperson who themselves couldn’t do anything about it and had to reach out to their Superior to get things going. I could go on and on, but I will just say the experience was difficult. We love the new card readers, and we have been Loyal LAVU Customers for probably 10 years. The POS works great for our High Volume Restaurant and their Support Team is usually very good and helpful. And I do give them props for being easy to contact. I still highly regard them, I just had a rough time with this transaction.
