I had problems with tickets that were already paid and were shown again on the screen as owed, the printers weren't asigned correctly to the ipads, the ips were wrong and that got all the system a little confusing. Shane was very patient with me and helped me fixing all the issues, got it back on track after 2 hours over the phone trying all the steps he was telling me.

I was so impressed with how responsive Shane/Sohaib was in responding to my request for support. He guided me through connecting our PAX terminal to our POS with so much patience. Sales numbers in Lavu were not coincident with revenue numbers in QB. Reached out to Lavu support on a Sunday. Support alerted the sales organization to investigate the Lavu configuration of the QB gateway

Lavu is very user friendly, from the management of food inventory, adding new items to our system, scheduling, daily reports and especially the ease of use for our employees processing orders.

Very very frustrating that Lavu upgraded their website and as a direct result we lost 2+ days of online order. A larger loss was the HOURS we spent on the phone trying to fix the problem. I’m addition , we spent multiple hours trying to solve the problem prior to Lavu admitting they knew what the problem was and that it was admittedly all LAVUd fault. $99. Is not nearly enough compensation for the man hours spent on a problem Lavu created. Sohaib Was fantastic. Very helpful and patient. Lavu is very lucky to have Sohaib

Rating would be higher if the Procedure for switching from one Processor to LAVU Pay had been clearer. The process was quite painful, it took weeks for us to even get our Card Readers after we had already committed to switching from HEARTLAND whom we have been with for 12 Years, to LAVU PAY. That took several Email attempts to the Salesperson who themselves couldn’t do anything about it and had to reach out to their Superior to get things going. I could go on and on, but I will just say the experience was difficult. We love the new card readers, and we have been Loyal LAVU Customers for probably 10 years. The POS works great for our High Volume Restaurant and their Support Team is usually very good and helpful. And I do give them props for being easy to contact. I still highly regard them, I just had a rough time with this transaction.
