United States | 17 October 2022This has been the most frustrating experience I have had operating my business. From the beginning I was oversold equipment that did not work and were in the testing stages. I own a pizza business looking for help with delivery. Their software didn't do what it was sold to do. I was invested as I used their leasing agent so I had no recourse. I have been done with the lease for a couple of years and why I dont know but stuck with Lavu. In the past 2 weeks I have spent so many hours on the phone for support with people that I cant understand and they dont understand me. One night it was until 1:30 am.They promise call backs in 15 mins but they never follow through. I have been down for 4 days now without any help and people walk in, eat and walk out without paying because they are using credit card. I have hd to close because their system does not work. My orders are late because kitchen printers dont work, Lavu is always blaming the internet provider etc.... I had a new modem installed by internet company so that excuse is gone. I really hope that you read this and its not sour grapes only the truth. Lavu sells a POS system that they themselves cant fix. Please be careful when shopping for a POS system as I believe most do the same level of service Lavu offers. Good Luck!

United States | 15 October 2022the onboarding process has been very difficult. equipment has been on site for several weeks and it is still not functioning. my onboarding rep has missed several appointments to complete the setup. i am currently paying for two pos systems, and at this point i am wishing that i would have gone with a different system.

United States | 10 October 2022I have problems getting Lavu to accept a new pin for new hires. It’s been explained to me the reason is someone else in the system is using the same number. Tech support helps me every time… only took 10 minutes!

One problem couldn't be executed so they reflected that they will update the Dev team for transparency, which was a nice touch and hopeful. Patient and great personality. Hope to get to talk to them again if I were to 'chat with an expert' again. Wish them well.
