Received first bracelet and it didn't fit right. Exchange was fast and the easy. Representative was very helpful and courteous in making the return. Ordered another bracelet and love it.

I have a couple of John Medeiros pieces and at this price point, I expected better quality. After only wearing my new bracelet twice, the clasp showed a piece of silver plating that had flaked off. The same bracelet also has shown the metal has worn off. Very poor quality. I won't purchase their jewelry again.

Excellent product! My earrings are beautiful and match the necklace and bracelet set I bought. I hope the clasp remains secure. There is a great repair policy in case.

Great service & delivery experience. A little disappointed in quality of necklace; stone setting and gold plate finish is disappointing.

The setting is attractive, the weight is good, the CZ is somewhat small & very disappointing with the color & lack of “fire”. Questionable as to if I’ll order additional pieces. Customer Service was wonderful.

Purchased as an anniversary gift. Shipping was fast: I order the piece on a Friday and received it that following Tuesday. Customer service was not helpful. The piece was just not the right fit for what I was looking for and I emailed customer service 3 days after receiving it. I GOT NO RESPONSE. I called 7 days after receipt and was told that I was not able to return it at all. and given the option to exchange it with a restocking fee. I already found a replacement gift that aligned for what I was looking for didn't want to exchange it. Still not resolved at this time.

The Package arrived promptly, packaged very nicely. Very happy with your delivery. I dropped to 4 stars when I read your return policy. The necklace was a gift and I was not sure I had enough time to get it to my Granddaughter. I wanted her to have the opportunity to choose something else if she preferred. Return had to be within 5-10 days, restocking fee would be charged. Fortunately she loved it, however, not sure I would purchase a gift from your website, with the strict return policy, Otherwise, love your selections for myself. HaHa!
