Although they didn’t have the taps we originally purchased online in stock for which there no timescale as to when they would arrive, they suggested a similar alternative which were slightly cheaper. We accepted the change and the refund arrived very soon after.

I got the item and i needed to return it. It was so hard as nobody was replying to me. Finally i sent back the item but i wonder if i will get refund but i have the signed proif that they recieved it so lets see.

Really helpful. The item I first ordered was going to take a while. They suggested an alternative that was basically indistinguishable, cheaper and was delivered super quick.

Bought to go with my ceramic butler style sink. Unfortunately our granite counter doesn’t have an overhang, so had to raise drainer and line it up with edge of sink to ensure water didn’t drain onto counter . Drainer is used in conjunction with dishwasher and does the job perfectly. Attractive to look at.Happy with purchase,
