Great product at a great price but the colour didn't suit. Returned without issue

Not great so far. Ordered a tap on Monday with next working day delivery as it was urgently needed. Order as of Wednesday afternoon is showing as 'processing' - not yet sent. Tried to contact customer support to seek an update using the email address provided on their website, only for it to bounce back with the following: Your message couldn't be delivered. It appears that the email address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain, or the recipient's mailbox is unavailable.

Happy with the product. As described and very good quality. Not a tradesman so wouldn't have minded some instructions on how to use the fitting clips but worked it out in the end.
