Great transaction

I purchased a Franke undermount sink from their EBay site which arrived very quickly and the product is good. However, all of the documentation is in the Slovak or Czech language. I phoned customer services to see if they had a copy in English or could at least point me in the direction of where I could find it on the web. The lady on the phone could not have been more unhelpful. She read out some boilerplate script about it should only be installed by a registered plumber. This is utter nonsense as it is very common for the carpenter to fit the sink after they have routed the opening in the worktop. I am a very experienced carpenter and kitchen fitter and found this extremely patronising. Following this experience, I won’t be encouraging my customers to use TapsUK.

Took so long to arrive and had one plastiv foot missing.

Ordered a tap that was delayed by the manufacturer. Customer service checked up on the delay for me, cancelled the order, issued a refund and ordered a replacement without question.
