I ordered basin taps then received an message advising they were out of stock. Communication was excellent from Taps UK and they kept me up-to-date. Great customer service. They were very helpful on the phone when I called to enquire before placing an order. After placing an order, I received an email telling me that there are delays from the supplier. I knew this would be the case because I was told the same thing for the same item from a different shop. I agreed to wait. They subsequently emailed me to let me know that there were further delays likely but then within a couple of days I received the tap just before Christmas. When I thought I had an issue with the item, they immediately contacted the supplier and got back to me with their response. I would highly recommend them for their friendliness and excellent customer service. Well done. Keep up the good work. I wish you all the best in 2024 :-)

The tap looks good. Delivery time was within stated period but in this day and age of next day delivery it seemed a very long time. Can’t give a higher score because tap not yet installed. Trying to get a plumber round Christmas for nonessential repairs is not easy.
