I ordered 3 pairs of 15mm tap tails different sizes arrived. Rubber O rings missing on some oh well happy but service good easy to order.

I recommend you shop local rather than purchase from Taps UK. It's true that Taps UK will be cheaper than your local plumbing shop, but if you have to return your item because the website description is incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect, you'll have to pay for the return shipping which will eat away at your savings and your time. Taps UK doesn't actually seem to stock their items either. They just forward your order to the manufacturer or some other supplier. So it takes a few days to get your items. Lack of tracking tracking is also an issue. I ordered 2 items and I only received a tracking number for 1 of them. I returned 1 of my items (a bath waste and overflow cover) because one of the chrome plated pieces was actually made out of shiny plastic. So I had to ship it back at my own expense (they said I "changed my mind"). Of course Taps UK offered to send me a prepaid shipping label for only £9.99! After they received my return I emailed them 3 business days later to chase up my refund and they said it can take 14 days to process a return! So do yourself a favour and buy local so you know exactly what you're getting and you can return items more easily.

Quality product, packaged well and delivered as stated

The tap we ordered arrived in reasonable time, and looked perfect in profile in the delivery box. It turned out, on fitting the tap, that the spout was slightly bent. This flaw was not noticeable until the tap was mounted. The tap functioned ok, but looked off. We were disappointed, as the tap and cost of fitting was not insignificant. However, when we shared photos & videos of the mounted tap, and shared the view of the plumber that this robust tap was not likely to have been damaged in transit, the staff at Taps UK were professional, courteous and helpful. The team there liaised with the supplier and arranged for a replacement tap to be delivered free of charge. At the time of writing the replacement tap has not yet arrived, but we are confident that it will be, at the projected time. This was an unfortunate scenario, but the way the issue was dealt with was impressive. Thanks to Fia from Taps UK, and to any others who helped to arrange as good a solution as practicable.
