When I paid with Paypal, my default shipping address was not the address that I wanted the items to go to. The customer service rep was helpful in canceling my order and explaining how to make sure I could enter the correct address. Thanks!

placed order and tried to change address literally 2 minutes later and could not cancel or they could not guarantee a re-route to the correct address. They also could not cancel the order so i am stuck with getting the one sent to the wrong address and then needing to return it. very poor customer experience.
