This is the second one of these rugs I've ordered. I wanted to be sure I liked it before ordering another. It's beautiful and soft.

Colour was different from what I was expecting (the design is grey not black and it doesn't mention colour other than beige in the description). Customer service started off great when they offered to return it at their cost or to issue a 15% discount. At first, I opted to return it and they were going to send me a return label and then I noticed the rug was listed for $60 cheaper than what I just paid for it, so I thought if they sell it to me for the newly listed price (which seemed like the right thing to do anyway), I could at least sell it for what I paid, save them on shipping, save me from having to return it, and everybody wins. Their response was to completely ignore my queries on the new price, tell me I could no longer return it, not issue a refund at all, thank me for choosing rugs USA and wish me a nice day. So I paid $60 more than the listed price for a rug that isn't as expected and won't use. Overall, I'm just super confused with the way they handled this and it has caused me a lot of stress. I can't afford to just lose money like this.

It was OK. It was annoying to keep getting prompted for a discount, when it was giving me the same 20% all the time regardless.

Always find what I want!

Rug order was received in timely manner - however rug received has print pattern errors on rug, the pattern advertised was not the same as pattern received. Ink blotches from original print covered over areas of rug rendering the pattern unserviceable.

Easy. Did not have all sizes desired.

Being able to see it in a photo of the room was very helpful and the website in general is easy to use.

First order of outdoor rug was cancelled by you 1 day after purchase, no reason given. Second order of same rug seemed to be accepted by your computer. We'll see if it's canceled again.
