I put everything in properly, I triple checked. Your system populated the wrong street address for shipping. It used my billing address street. I'm 100% positive this was your system error as I was very careful to confirm all was correct before submitting. I called your 800# to correct and was on hold for several minutes before someone answered. That rep was unable to assist/correct the problem. Something that should take 2 minutes has taken 20.....

I purchased an 8 x 10 rug in July. It is nowhere near a window but has faded terribly. I was able to wash in my machine but it still looks dirty and faded. I also purchased the more expensive padding- it's awful! It slides all over and has to be trimmed constantly- which is not easy to do

The 8×10 area rug that I ordered was soft, and good quality, BUT the areas on the rg that appeared to be dark tan and dark grey were very bright white on the rug that we recieved. Totally changes the look of the whole room.VERY DISAPPOINTED. I had no time to return/exchange before our guests from out of town came to stay, so we're stuck with it now. Frustrating and irritating.

Havre purchased all of my home rugs from you over the years, even the redo's! Great selection! But need more Persian-style rugs in jewel tones. Will definitely come back!

I was very disappointed that I could not use my PO Box address. I prefer to get my deliveries from the post office which is across the street from my apartment. Maybe this is something you can do for your customers.
