Ordered a rug on Nov 24, 2023, received an email stating "Your estimated ship date should be between 12/15/2023 and 12/22/2023" Called on 12/17/23 to be told that it still did not ship but it will "in few days, it is on a truck now". No email communication in between but did get 8 emails right after I talked to them on 12/17/23. Checked today and it states "Current Status: Item waiting to ship". Scam 1:1 that is just collecting $$$, backordering and waiting for bulk shipment cheaper pricing. They don't have these rugs, they are not USA based company just a bad drop shipper that does not honor the purchases and continuously loops you until they get it months latter. Dont waste your time with them. Order #WS5974567 Update: Order got canceled on its own 1/10/24 at 10:38am. I went to their website and item says it is in stock. I called and talked to the rep who tells me that order is canceled due to unavailability but the explanation for in stock on the website is "that is subject to change". Lookup "Ivory Ellie Traverse Shag 6' 7" x 9' Rectangle Area Rug" and you will see yourself. Another confirmation not to do business with this shady company. You reps are forced to tell lies to all your customers and I sincerely hope that they had enough and will go look for another job.

I have purchased 8 rugs of various sizes from Rugs, USA and I love each one. Only once did the color vary just a little bit from the online version, but I still love it in my kitchen and the others in the bedroom, garden room, breakfast room, main and guest bathroom.
