Beware! The servers are slower than the servers I used 10 years ago. They completely miss-sell their service. When I complained to tech support about the service, they took my websites offline. Server response over 4.0 seconds. So by the time the website loads you are looking at 7.0+ seconds. And in case you are wondering, I spent over 400 euros on a VPS. For that sort of money, you would expect a decent server. Update: I have just received a reply from Hostingraja. 4 years after leaving this review. Amazing! They claim they cannot find my account and have flagged this review as harmful or illegal content. If constructive criticism is harmful or illegal then you should look at your internal procedures! You cant find my account because I stopped using your services 4 years ago after the horrible service and experience you provided.

I've hosted websites over several years with 4 different hosting companies as I had yet to find a hosting company that cares enough to update continuously. But untill I started using Hosting raja, coz they are the best and also their hosting cost is very cheap which i really liked!!! Not recommended….A very big no. I am frustrated by their service. I purchased their 120 gb plan due to their law cost. But it was a big mistake. What problem i have faced? 1. Almost every day server used to down .Some day it's down for 6–7 hours. 2. They do not receive call on support number mentioned in the website. 3. The mobile number mentioned in the website Never connect. 4. Unprofessional and poor response on chat. 5. No reply on ticket. I really recommend you to go well established brands like HostGator, GoDaddy etc. Never go with hostingraja. No doubt it's cheaper but most of the day for some time your website will down for hours , what is the point of hosting then.Sometimes you will find their official website hostingraja.in down. It's really painful to deal with them.

I took Premium Corporate hosting plan for three years. On this hosting I hosted my three websites including a portal. I hired some freelancers to do development work. But I made biggest mistake this hosting is pathetic they are not concerned to answer. To horrify more there support ticket system does not work and client like was left with only option ie to drop mail to support id To this mail they never responded. Thier toll free number does not connect you to agents. Their chat system does not arrange call back for you even if you request to them. They claim to be number one. May be they are in sales but support is zero. Please avoid this hosting.

Very third class supports. My webisite is down for 2 day and no one is replying me on Email and no one taking my call. Only their seles team is active. Don't waste your money, go with another.
