Am always happy with hip hop juice was buying there Heisenberg juice off hip-hop juice for a while then i became ill and stoped vaping for 6 months. I have finally found them again and I am in love with there hisenbureg juice. I have recently placed sevral orders with this company and they are more than welcome to accommodate my needs and requirements and go above and beyond. would highly recommend and will be a retruning customer.

Happy with item but delivery was slow, quoted 5-10 days when ordering which seemed long compared to other sites but price was good so completed order, unfortunately delivery actually took 13 days!

Ordered a heap of coils (2 types) for my tank and given an estimated delivery time of 3-6 days. After 10 days they had not arrived so I called them to chase up my order. The guy I spoke to was very apologetic and explained that the delay was due to either 1 product being out of stock or because it was soon to be discontinued. He said the order would be processed and dispatched ASAP along with some free juice and that they would upgrade me with a new product for the discontinued coils at no extra cost. 3 days later they arrived, along with 2 small bottles of juice, however, they did not upgrade my coils and I received what I originally ordered. This isn't a problem except that I was just expecting and looking forward to trying the new coils. They also gave me a discount code for my next order, though I'm not sure if that is valid with a certain time period. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, I just think they could have emailed me with an update on the status of my order.

Even though what I ordered was supplied but just a few days late, which I had daily contact about, got sent a few free samples as a good will. Order arrived 3 days after dispatch as expected, although once ordered I had to contact them to ask about the order as I thought it was going to be a no show, turns out the items weren't actually in stock as yet and there wasn't a release date on the page, but that's not by any means their fault. But I happily waited for my items!!

I'd give a higher rating but because I had to wait almost a whole month for delivery I give 3 stars the staff and customer support is fantastic and I would use this company again in the future for coils and accessories only though due to the laws on vaping causing lengthy delivery times.
