Waited 3 weeks and the item was still not despatched, seller did not respond to enquiry / reason or fulfil the order. Hi Hiphop, I did get in touch via PayPal, you did not respond so I escalated to PayPal dispute which I was granted a refund within 1 day. Yes Busby is my Trustpilot name , not the name which I purchased!

Ordered a build stand and bottle opener which both work very well indeed. Opener opens them all and build stand is nice and heavy to build on. There was an issue with delivery which I must stress was a royal mail issue and not the fault of hip hop. I sent 1 email and not 10 minutes later I was called by hip hop offering apologies and he immediately sent my items out again along with a cpl of 10ml sample flavors which having tried I will definitely be getting again. On the whole I thoroughly recommend purchasing from hip hop, fantastic customer service and am looking forward to trying some more of their juice

Absolutely ridiculous delivery timescales, ordered a replacement glass for my unity rta 1 week ago, still not arrived. Royal mail tracking gives no information that is of us. Paying £3 for delivery and 1 week goes by with no item is shocking.
