Ordered a bubble glass for my falcon tank. And got a phone call the same day to tell me that the supplier didn't have them yet. And said I could either wait for have a refund, so I said that I would wait so they threw in a extra glass. Top service and excellent communication.

I had to chase up my order as it had taken nearly a week and still no dispatch email. But when I did, they responded quickly and explained that it was because the stock of the coils I had ordered was late. I was then offered an alternative product (which I accepted), a refund, or to wait longer for the stock to come in. I would also note that they threw in an extra coil head for free to the delay. Very good customer service once I had chased them. It would have been 5 stars if I hadn't had to contact them to find out what was going on.

Ordered a new tank on 06/07/18 and today is 31/07/18. 25 days waiting so far from uk to ireland and it still has not arrived. I could have ordered it from China myself and paid half the price if I new it would take this long. Finally got the tank today 28 days waiting. I would like to thank hip hop for the complimentary e juice which is very nice.

I ordered from this site to get F3 coils for my Horizon Falcon tank. I ordered 2 3 packs which amounted to over £20. They sent me M1 coils instead. They explained what went wrong and explained they were at fault for XYZ reasons. They managed to resolve the situation in a adequate pace. It was a lengthy a conversation and ended up chatting about a lot of non-order-related stuff which was different, but fun too. Having said that, the person I spoke to put me at ease eventually and made up for the error. They compensated me greatly. And although I was very unhappy with the wrong order they sent, they managed to rectify this with sending out the right coils. They guaranteed my right order will arrive by next Wednesday. As long as this happens and if any delays are not within the company's responsibility, I will not have any further problems with them. They were professional, but personal later which made the situation easier and better. As long as they keep their word, I will shop with them again.
