I have deleted the previous review due to a misunderstanding. Thankyou for the extra size glass, I did not realise this was done as recompense for the failure of delivery, of the original 5ml. My apologies and thanks. I will add postage and packing was more expensive than the materials used to post and pack—but the 7ml glass makes up for this.

I used the chat section for some buying advise. The gentleman from hiphopjuice asked to speak to me direct and called me. He was very helpful. Advised me on what gear I needed and also sent me pictures of how to build the coils. The items were shipped out on the 20th and I recieved on monday 24th. Great customer service, I will be using Hiphopjuice again.

Ordered the extension bubble glass for the geekvape Zeus, having waited 6 days for delivery I was anxious to fit to the tank. However I am massively disappointed that the product I ordered does not fit,there is a 1mm gap between the glass and the top seal, which enables the liquid to leak. I will be contacting Hip hop juice on monday morning and asking for a full refund. I will have to use the original 2ml tank that came with the tank. What an inconvenience.!!!!

Ordered a RTA on the 11th of may, order still says “processing” I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook the first 2 weeks as it hasn’t been dispatched asking for a refund as I bought another RTA from somewhere else. Got a reply basically saying delays due to covid. I’ve messaged again a few times and no response. They’ve been active on Facebook though. It’s been over a month and they just expect me to wait, I’ve seen people who ordered a week ago get there order so I guess it’s not coming. Got to ring the bank now to get a refund cheers hiphop juice for a bad experience. Bet they will reply to this making up excuses than reply to me emails etc.
