Well put order in Saturday night easy to do on line an payment arrived Thursday an up they are well made quality blind slats easy to put up cheaper than two quotes id got 1 for 3 windows at £90 then 5 windows for £160 got all my windows done for £114 so looked on here an a win win plus delivered when said the was coming friendly driver plus texts to let you no were the are also email sent telling me that the was made and shipped out well pleased thanks very much 😀

Great service. On both occasions the product arrived a day early.

Customer service is not great took 2 weeks for a reply. Delivery took over the 5 days that were advertised and not kept upto date with the process. Blinds are thin (thinner then the cheap argos ones) but they do look better and nice pattern. Overall they hang nice but disappointed with the quality

Was very easy to look at the different products on line and get a price,I had a discount code that worked so I saved a little,it was easy to order,I only bought replacement slats,the delivery time was not too bad and they arrived very well packed,they were not creased on opening and they hung very well with a nice pattern and really white, I am extremely pleased with this product and would recommend.

Blinds are great (just slats on this 3rd order), but price of delivery is obscene and not pro rata to order size. £9.99 charged when the postage was marked at £3.75

Brilliant free samples before you buy and very quick delivery

AVOID AT ALL COST. Got my order blinds are hurrendous colour because of the amount of light filtering through them totally cant see the pattern on the blinds I have very large windows and 95% of the time they look anything from orange to purple. If blinds are excessively light filtering this should be stated online as the blinds look nothing like what you expect them to be. Also the plastic thread used to sew the black blind looks like a clear plastic type stuff it also look awful stands out against the black why anyone would sew a black bland with anything other than black is beyond me. Also ordered 1 easy fit blind its crap looks all bent and doesn't slide with ease didnt ever bother to complain about the one as no point they weren't interest in the vertical blind issue so not likely to care about that. Had to re do my whole house from another company as they looked that bad now they look brilliant so please stay clear. Would have gave no stars if I could.

Great value good quality product

Ordered replacement blinds for my spare room I took the size but should of went one cm extra but you don't notice on the outside just one slight error there was one clip missing from the bottom but I have just moved to the end but so happy with the quality of blind and will certainly order again this time will buy the closed bottom blinds
