Australia | 29 March 2019The first formulas purchased in Nov2018 were great , but this last one received days ago March 2019 doesnt stay on at all & the colour is too dark (I use the Blonde one) & it is nearly black 😣 Please go back to the original formula & let me know when you do , as I loved it L.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2019Had to change my review to 5 stars as received excellent service from Maribel Vidal. My exchange is on the way and I have been refunded. Still don't think it needs to take this long but just happy it's done. I return 2 products on 24 Dec and forgot to put tracking on it given it was a crazy time of year. I kept proof of postage though. Now Wunder are saying they can't find it and after reading several reviews I can see a trend here. What on earth goes on in your returns department? How come returns work so smoothly for other companies but you guys can't get it right? One of my products was a return as it was not great and the other a exchange. United Kingdom | 21 November 2018I ordered the foundation and power for next day delivery rang up several times to be told my order is still being processed and they have no idea what is happening with it. 2 and a half weeks later I still haven't received it so I asked for a refund and was told somebody would ring me which they never did. Terrible customer service not even an aplologie or an explanation, stay away still waiting for my refund

United States | 24 August 2018I was so hoping for an eyeliner pencil that would stay on, without smudging and smearing with the hot weather, and 24 hours would be great. That part was 'ok' not nearly as great as the video but it was 'ok'. You can find pencils at the store that will do the same, and for less money. The bad part is that I can normally use any make-up over the counter without problems. These wunder2 liners made my eyes water and itch. So I do wunder what's in them!

Australia | 09 June 2018Well considering that the liner is supposed to stay on and can’t be removed even by rubbing, I am disappointed to say that it stayed on for about an hour, and when I checked to see if it was there I found nothing.so, I definitely won’t be getting anymore

United Kingdom | 03 May 2018Sadly I cannot review the foundation as i ordered it from this company and it never arrived, I emailed to find out where it was and was told it may of been lost and would be sent another one. Well the second one has not arrived either. I have emailed about the second foundation not being delivered, only to be told they "missed" my email confirming I wanted another one sent out. Absolute joke! I've been waiting 2 weeks for a foundation that I originally ordered for a night out that has now been and gone. As I say.. I cannot speak for the quality of the product but the delivery service and customer service is extremely poor! Even if this turns out to be the greatest foundation known to man (if it ever arrives for me to try) I will not reorder from this company as I just do not have the patience to keep chasing companies for items I have paid good money for. If I find myself needing to write anymore emails to this company about this foundation it will be requesting a refund!

United States | 18 April 2018I purchased the coverproof foundation and also the eye treatment, which was so unfortunately unbelievably terrible. The price I paid for these products were not only ridiculous but like flushing money down the toilet. There Foundation was barely cover bowl and their eye treatment did negative zero. I highly suggest you do not purchase anything from them. I spent $60 on the worst product I've ever bought in my life. I would have been better off going to Walgreens buying some Covergirl, L'Oreal or Maybelline. Buying this product will be the biggest mistake. I usually don't get into comments on much of anything. But this product was so unbelievably false and one of the worst makeup I have ever purchased. And especially at the price. Could have went to the mall and bought the best stuff ever.

Australia | 10 April 2018First let me say i live in a humid climate anything from 60% to 90%. In our home we do not have air-conditioning so I'm always sweating. I haven't tried alot of products however this one I can put on when skin is clammy and it stays on while I ride my bike to work and looks perfect when I arrive. The foundation can feel a little drying so if u don't live in a humid climate and have dry skin u may need cream underneath. I brought the entire collection and am very happy with everything.

United States | 27 March 2018I just would like to start by saying that this product does not necessarily live up to its promise. It claims to be water and smudge proof but if it is touched after getting wet, you better believe it will smudge. Also, the product dries out in the bottle fairly quickly. It can also quickly get cakey when layering on the brow. So, I don't think the quality of the product is worth the money. Also, the customer service, shipping time, and site are not satisfactory. Firstly, I was having trouble logging on to the site to view my order status, so I started a live chat for help. Well, when I asked for help with my problem, she asked me why I was I couldn't log on. Girl, if I knew why, I would not be asking for help. Then when I finally did see my order status, it was very disappointing. I saw the package didn't ship for three days after I ordered it and then shipping took about two weeks after that. Kinda ridic if you ask me. What can I say, I'm disappointed.

I returned the product within 30 days of purchase, never received a refund. I chased it over the phone, via email, messenger, on FB,... The minute Wunder 2 found out I didn't have a tracking number for the return, they just ignored my messages

United States | 04 March 2018I would never buy Wunder products again. I bought the eye brow gel and the eyeliner. The eye liner worked for a couple applications and then once I sharpened the pencil, it became dried out and was impossible to apply!. The gel eyebrow product claims it is waterproof.....definitely not the case. Washes off with water!! I email Wunder regarding my complaints and asked for a refund and/or an exchange of product, however, they never got back to me. I emailed several times, then once the refund time period passed, they finally emailed me back saying they never received my initial email and the time period to make a return had expired......REALLY???? Obviously, they do not stand behind their products nor care sbout customer satisfaction.
