Was thinking of purchasing the product but after reading most of the reviews I have decided that I wouldn't dream of it! I hate bad customer service.

I ordered a foundation and deducted the money on my account, then theres no confirmation from them. How will i get my money back?

I love the Wunderbrow product in brunette. It lasts for ages. Also I love the wunderlift wrinkle cream as it does not leave white marks like some. I am undecided about the coverproof foundation as it looks a bit heavy on the skin. It makes my skin look even more bumpy. I think it stays on the skin about the same time as Ester Lauder double wear.

No different than cheap drug store make up for coverage. My $18 dollar Physcians Formula Powder does a better job covering. And like any crappy make up, your face will be an oil slick in just a few hours. It DOESNT last 24 hours. Dont waste your money!

Its been a month since I order, I was already billed in my credit card but still did not recieve the product. I email customer service and no reply. I will never order here again.

Absolutely awful product and customer service. Contacted them 3 times online to return, no response, so couldn’t return without the RMA number... ended up putting in a claim with Paypal which I will probably lose as they are disputing it because I hadn’t returned the product... if they’d have given me the RMA number which I asked for 3 times I would have returned it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The first time I bought the eyebrow gel I bought it in black and although I used it all, I found it made me look a bit dramatic (especially for every day use). So my next purchase was black/brown and it's awful! so watery and can barely see it on my skin (I'm a light skinned black person). I'm really disappointed!

I got WunderBrow D-Fine, very disappointed. The tip broke off n the separate brush was also. Not worth it. One end broke off. I want to send it back

Great product and delivery service I think the product is great it makes my eyebrows look naturally thick and was the perfect colour to match my existing brow colour. I actually stupidly put in the wrong house number for my delivery address but customer service sorted out via phone and email by sending out again at no extra cost to me, so cannot fault the after sales support either.

I bought Wonderful Wunderbrow.... and I dont think will buy again. Nothing special for money! If you put a bit more, it feels like tarmac on eyebrow .. if you put just little it does not last even until next morning...I wasted £20

Last more than 4 months by using it almost everyday. I love it and I am about to buy another one!!

This company has the worst customer service! I would never order another thing from them. Sent them an email 4 months ago about returning or exchanging a product that made my eyes itch and no reply. Called customer service today to be told that if I couldn't prove I emailed them in May, June, July, they wouldn't honor a return, refund or exchange. Wow...I need to take more of my time to prove something! And they offered to sell me another product at a discounted price! So my product that hurts my eyes goes in the trash. What a waste! Shame on this company for treating customers so terrible. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and you now have mine!

Absolute complete and utter waste of money. I have very thin upper lip and am getting married next - would someone find a product that will make my husband want to kiss me.

Great product, does what the label says. Only thing I would add is maybe it be a good idea for them to put an angled brush in the box too.

Great products and good comunication, unfortunately I got both of mine too dark (ghost pale over here) lol.. wish I had returned in time as the products are so good and so worth the investment when they are applied correctly 😊

I placed my first order with this company a week ago after being told the goods would shop next day. A week later having recieved nothing I called to cancel the order and get a refund and was told I couldn't gave a refund because the label fir the shipment had been printed. The next day I mention it to a friend who informed me that she gas you get recieved goods that she paid for two months ago!

I found the Product offered every good colour match for me and though my results didn't resemble those of the ads, I achieved a look I was very pleased with and to lasted much better than any other products I have tried. Application was a bit fiddly but once I got used to taking the product off the provided brush and applying with an angled make up brush it was fine. I don't have a make up removing product other than wiped and that seemed to lead to losing a few of my eyebrow hairs so would recommend using a good waterproof make up removing product instead! I am almost out of my Wunderbrow and will be re-orderig when I can. I wish the container allowed you to get the last of the product out of it and think a better design other than this mascara type tube would be a welcome improvement. Overall I think it's a great product so I will use it again. I couldn't get o. With using the little mascara type brush after the product was dry so I just don't use it. It still takes me longer than ads to apply but I have become quicker with practice 😊 Give it a try, it's a very good product 😊
