It took a few weeks to get delivered should be quicker or could of told me the date for delivery. Like the product but think I should of ordered a darker colour .

The company sent a confirmation email and within 2 days the product had arrived . A fast ,efficient delivery thanks .

Worst company in the world! Bad customer service. Ordered weeks ago never received my order. Emails are not answered and offices are always closed.

I can't review the actual product because I never received it, I've reached out to their customer service dept by email and phone, And to date I have not received a response! I purchased the wunderbrow months ago and still have not received it! They know that they have my money, So why haven't I received my wunderbrow yet? Update: Customer service reached out to me and resolved my issue! I greatly appreciate their service & the wunderbrow product is amazing!!!!

Emailed them to swap colours as they sent me wrong one and ignored my email!!! No response back to me

I have mistakenly ordered the wrong brow gel colour and sent an email in few days to rectify the problem and wondering how possibly such an issue can be handled. No reply to my email yet, its almost a month now. Ending up with a product that I cant use.

Ordered 2 weeks ago & still have not received!!

Once you get the hang of it it's very good, only thing I found was it can be difficult to remove if you leave it too long if you have made a mistake. But all in all I'm happy with it 😉.

Quick despatch. Wonderbrow has good application but the colour is too dark for a proper blonde natural look. The blnde coloyr us maore like very lighg brown. It's only ok if you want a full face makeup look. There needs to be a lighter blonde colour.

It does the job but not as wonderful as expected

I have ordered 3 items and after 11 days they have still not arrived .when I phoned they said would definitely be here Thursday .but today is Sunday and still no products.

Really like my foundation i purchased it did take a while for it to arrive 11days in total but am very happy with it

I find it quite amusing that you have asked for feedback when I have still not received my order! You claim 4 day turnaround its now day 11. Could be a great product, but delivery is poor.
