After an eight day wait so disappointed as damage to lid and pump wouldnt work and make up all over packaging

So glad I have purchased this product. The process of purchase and delivery was very easy and ran smoothly. The only thing I would recommend is that they allow you to track your order.

Disappointed that in this day and age a company cannot dispatch an order within a week!

Product was very easy to order and arrived swiftly. However, the product is nothing like the advert, does not stay on and the colour was not brown/black but more a drab dark grey. Very disappointed and not good value for money

I was expecting to also receive a small brush to apply onto my eyebrows Although very please wit the rest of the product But can't use it till have small brush :-)

I was expecting it to be a lot better going by all the videos but find it doesn't last as long as it's stated and is quite thick. I will still use it for everyday wear but think I'll stick to my MAC eyebrow pencil for future

not very good to apply

This stuff is great. As long as you apply it carefully and build it up slowly it works really well and you can create a dramatic look like some of the ads or a very natural look, simply filling in imperfections in your brows. Just don't paint it on is a big, heavy line - you need to build it up in light layers. Its the best and easiest eyebrow make-up I've used.

Had to chase up my order 3 times before someone actually told me that they were out of stock and would be sent when they received more stock. Just a tip ... don't up your social media campaign if you don't have the goods to fulfill. Also might have been nice to keep me informed of the delay so I didn't have to keep asking. Doesn't stop them taking the money though. Can't comment on the product as I still haven't received it!
