They need training to work respectfully with transgender/non-binary/2-spirit folks - especially management.

Tara and Pam were AMAZING to deal with! what a wonderful experience in store with these ladies, so informative and kind and funny! then the results when I woke up this morning after one night of using my cpap?! man oh man, I feel like I am a foot taller! I am in shock! what a great thing sleep can be! The store is beautifully organized and well stocked and has everything that you would need . overall this was a very good experience and Pam explained everything so well. It was time for a checkup for my CPAP machine. It couldn’t be done last year due to Covid restrictions. Rachelle had called to say that they were now able to actually check out the equipment and set up an appointment. I dropped the unit off first thing in the morning as I was going to be busy til noon that day, and she said she would work on it first thing and that it would be ready for me once I was done. I went in and picked up my unit and necessary supplies. It was fast and friendly service! Keep up the great work!
