I love these heaters, purchased two to try them out purchased two more a month later they are awesome.

Difficulty in completing an order to Canada, however staff assistance was very good. Was finally able to complete my order online.. needed to input our mailing address a specific way for your system to accept and place our order. My Visa company was able to advise and the order was completed.

I bought one to check it out and just purchased 4 more in attempt to efficiently heat a small house via electricity. My only dislike was the thermostat, you have to guess the actual temp setting though it does work otherwise.

Love these heaters

I have concerns in regards to product working well in our basement, it is a finished room and I purchased two units for this 10 x 25 room, should the units not work satisfactory, I could be penalized by form of a fee in order to return your products. Let’s hope all goes well and then I’ll purchase more units for other rooms
