So far so good. Just what I needed. A little extra quiet heat in a chilly bathroom.

this rating is premature as I must wait 2 1/2 weeks for del. of the hardwired units, but if they work as advertised and are as quiet as stated I have given a 5 star ahead of time. The house I'm working on has no sheetrock, instead it has 50 year old Philippine mahogany which would be enormously expensive if not impossible to replace. If I can take out the old clunkers that either don't work or sound like a machine shop and cover the holes with quiet efficient heat for my valued customers then you will have my undying gratitude, more praise and lots more business

Found these online a few years back and have since moved and bought 3 more and have told friends about them and they have purchased also. We have found they work perfect at our place in Florida to take the chill off on those rare occasions when the temperatures dip low. The cost of using the eheaters are minimal compared to using the heating element of the air conditioner unit.

Great heater. Works as advertised. Wish it was a bit more powerful... it was advertised as such so it’s really no fault of the Company. Perhaps a more powerful model will be developed. Ordered a second one to supplement.

Excellent heater with low energy consumption.

Although this heater works well, my house is very old and has plaster and lat walls. The heat from this heater destroyed the wall. The plaster all cracked and the lats are exposed. The person I chatted with insisted that these cannot cause a fire but the wall was too hot to touch. I even sent a picture of the wall to them to prove I wasn't trying to pull anything on them. When I asked about spare mounting hardware to move to a different wall, I was instructed to purchase them from their website. So...even though they were well aware of the damage the heater did to my wall, they didn't even offer to send some. Poor customer service in my opinion. It will cost me probably 300 to repair the wall.

My unit arrived in short order with free shipping. The installation was simple and required less than an hour. The unit has only been turned on for a few hours and seems to be working just fine.

I placed my order Nov 22 and was told my 2 heaters would be shipped within 5-7 business days. I am still waiting. The weather is supposed to be freezing the next few days I’m very disappointed with the delay. Since I wrote this review I was contacted by Richard and who was very determined to help rectify my issues. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make it right! Thanks to Richard and Beverly my order is on its way and offered a refund for my delays.

Had an issue with the wrong thermometers being shipped. Richard from eheat called me personally and helped me out. Heaters work well, not going to burn anyone and keep the room warm and toasty!

Love these heaters. Super quiet and puts out some heat. Definitely buying some more.
