Good product! It took us a while to figure it out. Also it will take some time to raise the temperature however once it reaches it's comfortable and it works. I had 1 out of 6 that didn't work and they gave me a hard time before I returned it. They finally did allow me to return if after a whole drill of testing. Obviously, I must actually like it since I just ordered 4 more for additional work we are doing

Attempted to order on a Tuesday. Website states it will ship same day if ordered by 1pm CST. (Shipping times can go up for the holidays.) By Friday, it still had not shipped. Contacted customer service and they advised it would ship either Friday or Monday. I stated I wanted to cancel of it did not ship Friday. Customer Service rep Tony responds that the shipping information will be emailed when it was shipped FRIDAY. Monday comes around and still not shipped. Contacted again. They advised warehouse didn't get to it Friday. Told them to cancel my order. A week delay is unacceptable without some sort of communication with your customer. I understand holidays and what not however a week delay when websites states same day shipping? Order canceled. No attempt to even try to remedy the situation.

Everyone was helpful. I have ordered 9 x 120v units. I have rentals. Unfortunately, one unit has failed and it is in another town. The instal, removal and drive time has been 4 hrs. I won’t be happy if I have more failures!

Great heaters for the cost. Efficient and effective source of heat for small spaces and to supplement already heated areas.

Just purchased my third 120v heater. They are great in my all electric house. Look good and work well.

I am ordering my third unit today. I have found that these heaters do a great job in the unheated areas of my house and basement. they are inexpensive to run and take up very little space.

We LOVE these heaters. In our last house we had three....one in the sun room, one master bathroom & one in the master bedroom (all additions to the house) Now in this older home we just moved into we have a bonus room which is always "cool" I just ordered a new one for this house! LOVE THEM, QUITE, 3 YEAR WARRANTY, COOL TO THE TOUCH-----GETS THE JOB DONE!!

So easy to install. Once installed you barely know it's there and puts out enough heat for the room we are heating.
