Bad experience... Decided to order 3 item on monday after checked their reviews and shipping process and all seemed fine. Thought their £7 delivery fees below £150 is steep but I was happy to pay as long as I recieve my desired items. Fast forward thursday I recieved an email about they are altering my order because they do not have actualy enough stock to fulfill my order. In similar case I believe it would be expectable to wave delivery fees or offer some sort or form of compensation for the incoveniance by THEIR error in my opinion. Or at least confirm the customer intention with or satisfaction with the partial order.. Well... They handled it with ease.... Could not bother to ask my intention about the partial order and By processing refund less than actualy the missing product.... I had to email them and called them and at the end they ackowledged the problem Again at their end... and corrected the refund. And that is all.... furrher email ignored. Overall I would suggest be a bit more customer service oriented especially if you make multiple error. And have an accurate stock listed on your online surface. The item you cancelled and created all the inconvenience are still avaliable to order online:) A happy customer will likely to shop again with you and more. An unhappy? I don't need to explain I guess. Based on my experiences you put me in the later. Best wishes , Roland

Great jeans and easy ordering

A Leeds institution for years. Fabulous fashion you don’t find anywhere else on the high street. This is the first shop I head to when I come shopping for clothes. Not just great choice of clothes but really lovely, helpful staff. There truly is no where else like it in Leeds.
