Accent has a great choice of clothing backed up by a great service. Joanne in particular was really helpful!

My husband loves clothing from accent and would take trips to Leeds just to look around the shop! I've bought birthday and Christmas presents online and they have always arrived within a few days. Overall we are very impressed with accent, the shop, online shop and customer services.

I ordered size 7 boots but it turned out that actually there were no size 7's in stock so I was refunded. Apparently the 7's wherein fact 6 's that had been inputted incorrectly .

I was very impressed with the service I received from the staff at Accent. They were able to recommend the right size for garments that were not true to size and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently. I will be buying from them more often.

I only went in for a quick browse but left with several items. The member of staff saw the clothes that I was wearing. His knowledge of the designs was very apparent and his ethusiasm for clothing and design detail was a refreshing change from several expensive department stores. I felt like I had a personal shopper experience without any of the stuffiness and minimum spend requirements I've had at other retailers. I wasn't rushed, I was free to pick and choose other items but the guidance of the member of staff was gratefully received.

My husband and I went into the men's shop first and the assistants were helpful and friendly and ensured that my husband tried on a selection of jackets before finally choosing a Belstaff jacket; which he loves. We then went into the women's shop to be met with a lathargic attitude and a sigh when I changed my mind over which jacket I wanted. Not a very positive experience; if we had gone inthe womens shop first, I doubt we would have entered the mens shop! Anither issue was that we spent over £500 on 2 jackest and no discount was available at all; in these current times I think that was a little mean!

Accent have a fantastic range of quality products. The website is easy to use and the ordering process simple and easy to follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the the free delivery for orders over £50, and the delivery was very fast. I would be happy to recommend Accent Clothing to anyone.

Thrilled with my purchase. Great value ... I tried these jeans on in Liberty, Regents st, london and they were £210. The same jeans cost me £165 at Accent. next day delivery, all hassle free. Delighted and will return to site again
