Good sale price , delivery cost is slightly higher than normal but the items come well packaged, i am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered it on line when it was reduced however when it arrived i tried the jacket on with a fine knit jumper and found it was rather tight on the shoulders. I returned it to the store for a refund and the lady that served me was just awful. Told me... "after all that trying on"... presumably she meant when i tried it on in the shop and therefore i wasted their time. The whole atmosphere in the shop was awful to be honest and i certainly wont be shopping there again.

I would have gone to the shop and got my usual points but the bag appealed to me so I did it over the Internet. However I have not received the bag and nothing is mentioned on the correpondence either. Could you please tell me if this product will be delivered soon. ?? Thank you Danny wilkinson

Very satisfying experience!

I was updated on my order and given time frames for delivery, which was on time. United Kingdom | 20 December 2012I ordered a dress for a party at short notice, I loved the dress but the lace was badly frayed and damaged in various different places, in fact it looked like it had been worn and damage by jewellery. I kept the dress and mended it myself as I did not have time to purchase an alternative, and to be fair I did not contact Accent so I don't know how they would've responded to my issue. It was disappointing to receive such a clearly damaged item though in the first place, especially when it was very expensive. That being said, if the dress was in perfect condition I would've given 5 stars for ease of transaction and excellent delivery.
