Easy purchase...great staff!!

Ordered a hoodie for my husband. It arrived promptly on the 29th March. It is too big and they didn't have a smaller size in stock so I returned it using the method specified (inpost locker) on the 2nd April. 6th of May today and still no refund. I have emailed, telephoned, and filled in the contact form on their website and simply am being ignored. What awful service? I am £108 out of pocket and have been for 5 weeks. Don't use Accent Clothing - if you don't love what you have ordered you clearly can't get a refund.

Ordered a jacket for my husband but unfortunately, when it arrived it was a differentsize than I'd ordered.I contacted customer service who were really helpful and sorted out my exchange promptly.

Quick delivery, the item was securely packed and as described. All round a very satisfactory transaction. :-)

I purchase a sweatshirt from Accent, the cp company logo had fallen out of the sleeve, I took it back into store where I was told someone would contact me regarding a replacement logo, 3 weeks on and absolutely no contact, I spoke to customer service via email, but still no contact, absolutely shocking customer service, won’t shop in there again, which is a shame as I buy most of my clothes from Accent, the clothes are fab, staff in the shop are fantastic, after sales is a complete joke!!
