I found these lovely melissa shoes in london but went off to another shop and then cudnt find the first shop again and wewere due to go home so i looked online and and found accent so found the shoes i wanted plus found them cheaper at accent!thankyou xx

Was a problem with my delivery address, nothing to do with the Accent Clothing but htey rang me shortly after I placed my order to verify the address. Staff member was polite and courtious and my order was delivered next working day. Will definitely use again.

I was very impressed with my experience with Accent Clothing. I purchased a pair of J Shoes Empire Boots. They were shipped incredibly fast and I was given an hour slot when they would be delivered. The delivery man turned up 5 minutes into that slot. Perfect. Unfortunately, the boots turned out to be too small which I am gutted about. I returned them, and received a refund notification within 2 days. The reason I have docked one star from the review is that returns are not free, and obviously as the boots were too small, I had to pay £12.60 to return them which is a bit of a sting in the tail. This would make me wary of purchsing larger or heavy items from Accent Clothing in the future. However, apart from this I was very pleased with the way I was dealt with by the people at Accent Clothing, and would recommend them if you don't think you will need to make a return on what you buy!
