Je suis client chez Swissquote depuis environ un an et j'utilise régulièrement leur plateforme pour trader. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de l'expérience. La plateforme est intuitive, performante et offre une grande variété d'outils et d'options pour différents types d'investissements. Le support client est également réactif et compétent, ce qui est un vrai plus. Swissquote propose une bonne transparence des coûts et des frais, et la sécurité des transactions est solide, ce qui me donne une grande confiance dans la gestion de mes investissements. Ils offrent également des analyses de marché et des ressources éducatives utiles, que j'apprécie particulièrement pour affiner mes stratégies de trading. Je recommande vivement Swissquote à toute personne cherchant une plateforme fiable et robuste pour le trading et l'investissement.

Mittlerweile wurde mein Konto ohne ersichtlichen Grund schon zum zweiten Mal gesperrt, so dass ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf mein Konto/Geld habe. Wie damals auch, bekomme ich weder eine Antwort auf meine E-Mails noch ist jemand tel. erreichbar. Für mich erscheint das sehr unseriös. Ich habe dort schon seit vielen Jahren mein Konto, werde es aber nun kündigen, weil ich das Vertrauen in diese Bank komplett verloren habe.

Der Service ist eine Unverschämtheit! Seit zwei Jahren warten Gazprom ADR Halter auf eine Möglichkeit zur Wandlung. Seit 22. Aug. 24 ist es endlich möglich. Alle deutschen, österreichischen und Schweizer Broker machen es. Nur die swissquote weigert sich. Nein, sie antwortet nicht einmal auf Anfragen. Echt das allerletzte!

I have been a client for several years and initially, 5 stars would have been well deserved. That dropped to 3 when the cost of actively maintaining an account increased significantly and that has now become 1, based on recent (and ongoing) issues with customer services and the transfers team. The remaining star is for an intuitive and user friendly interface. At the time of writing, I have been waiting 5 weeks for a transfer out of simple stock positions to be initiated. Note, not 5 weeks to complete, 5 weeks (and counting) to start the process. Client Services either don't respond until prompted multiple times or they respond with generic, non specific answers such as "soon" or "shortly" or "we hope". After several weeks of such answers, I still have no idea what the delay is or when (or if, given the apparent reliance on "hope") the instruction will be acted on. Such a shame, a once fantastic service which was well priced and providing fantastic customer service seems to now offer a nice user interface, high operating costs and terrible customer service. EDIT FOLLOWING SWISSQUOTE REPLY I followed up with a formal complaint to the Client Services Manager and raised 3 concerns. 1. excessive time to initiate a transfer 2. lack of response to my questions 3. lack of clear answers where responses were provided. The initial response from "Frieder Bickel" (position unknown) simply highlighted that transfers can take time to complete but it was now initiated. I followed up again, to highlight that my question was not about time to complete, it was about time to initiate, and that my second two points were not addressed. A second response again failed to address the time to initiate and stated that my second two points could "mainly be explained by the fact that there are several parties / departments involved in the chain...". So, none of the three points raised in a formal complaint were addressed, but at least the transfer started, more than 5 weeks since it was requested. Due to abysmal customer service, both initially and in follow up to a formal complaint, my review unfortunately remains at 1 star.

My funds cannot be transferred out. I contacted customer service ,I said they were dishonest. Then the customer service blacklisted me and we were unable to communicate, and the funds could not be withdrawn
