Terrible just terrible. Before I made my order I was very clear about what I needed before placing the order 1 - I live on a main road so delivery was a bit harder I got the girl to check on Google maps that delivery could be done 2 - the must ring me at least 30 mins before delivery as no one was on site and delivery couldn’t be made after 4pm 3 - I had to have the delivery by the Friday ( I ordered on the Monday) All was agreed and I paid Come Thursday no delivery confirmed so I called them. I was then told delivery would be the next day. Again I asked if all my conditions were on the delivery and I was told yes. So today is Friday. I get a call at 11am. Delivery driver was outside the property. I pointed out I would be 30 mins as the driver should have called me as per my instructions upon ordering. Driver was quite rude and said he wasn’t waiting So back I go to simply paving. The only word I can now use is incompetent. They haven’t got a clue. Offered me a Saturday delivery! I told them I had to have it by the Friday as that’s when I had the men to bring the pallets in. I don’t have them on a Saturday! So I ask for a refund as I needed yo now go and try and buy slabs elsewhere to then be told it would be up to 5 days for the refund. So the outcome of dealing with these clowns was I’m out of pocket on my order for a week and I now must waste half a day trying to source alternative slabs at most likely a higher price due to my now desperation to get the job done. So I’ll be further out of pocket When I did point this out to the girl on the phone she hung up on me My advice to anyone looking to use this company is don’t. Avoid at all costs

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and product as described

Very good, paving slabs were as described. Delivery was good. Arrived on a pallet and able to get them close to where needed. Discovered some slabs missing and two be broken. Contacted the company, items replaced in good time with second delivery with normal delivery times. Overall a very good service. A good measure for me is when things go wrong, like the missing slabs. Matter resolved quickly and without a fuss.

Delivered in agreed time and date, quality was what i expected, very happy with the finished look.

Website was easy to navigate, good range of products, offers were available. Price of product (natural sandstone) was significantly cheaper than high street DIY store equivalent product especially if you bought in bulk. Easy to order, delivered on time at the arranged time slot within a few days. A couple of the stone slabs did have deep cracks running through them caused during original cutting, loading or shipping so I was forced to cut these to a smaller size. Overall, very pleased with service except for the minor inconvenience of the cracks

My order was completed expeditiously and arrived on time. Packaging was secure to protect the contents. Price was competitive so all in all I was very satisfied with my dealings with Simply Paving. Would definitely use them again.

Delivery included multiple broken slabs that were not identified until pallet was unpacked.

Arrived on time, packed well, only one thing one paving stone cracked and another in half. Phoned them on answer phone informed them but they did not come back to me. sorry late update but did contact as they requested and replacement slabs were delivered within a week. Thank you for your help.
