Phoned simply paving to explain and spoke to a lady called Debra who arranged collection for the wrong slabs and sent me some samples and a delivery of the ones i wanted. I've used this firm a fee times now, the process is simple and the support is good. This time, a couple of slabs had been damaged in transit. A quick email with a photo and replacements were delivered in a few days.

There was confusion with delivery date and the product was delivered too early. The problem was rectified swiftly and product collected and re delivered on the correct date
