The service from start to finish was excellent. I even added more slabs to my original order and they were on the same delivery at no extra delivery charge. Email correspondence was polite and fast. Not a single broken slab out of 228 slabs.

Delivery was perfect in fact it was a day early which was great.

This is the second time we have had 450 x 450 textured paving slabs in red from Simply Paving. Both times we have had free and prompt delivery with good quality slabs

The slabs were fine but the disappointment was that they arrived on a pallet from a low loader. When the `porter' finally managed to place them in our driveway, they blocked a third of it. And this was on a busy high street at rush hour! I soon found that one of the slabs was broken. I reported that with accompanying photos, and received a replacement within 48 hours, this time on a pallet delivered over our front fence by crane, so it didn't partially block the driveway. Other than that, really satisfied.

Not sure that it’s the fault of Simply Paving, but the order took 11 days to be delivered. Tracking the order showed that it spent quite a time sat in various depots along its way. When the order did arrive it gave the appearance of being old stock or maybe ‘factory seconds’. I say this because quite a few slabs had manufacturing faults which is not something I’ve experienced before Bradstone products.

Great product but delivery driver left them on the road

Fast turnaround from order to delivery. Slabs were pallet delivered and stored upright. The vehicle had a tailgate lift and easy for the driver using an electric pallet truck. All slabs survived the journey and no breakages or chips. Light grey slabs provide a bright outlook on the patio and steps. With the lighter coloured slabs it is brighter in the house at the rear as well.

Ordering,payment and delivery all went smoothly. Lots of communication regarding delivery ( even when the unloading vehicle broke down out side ) . The tiles aren't as green as the samples but I appreciate its a natural product and colour will vary.

Slabs were delivered in the timescale given. Quite a few were broken, chipped or not cast properly but the company replaced them after we sent some photos.

Third lot of slabs delivered and all in good prompt service

A first class service from the sales team, I ordered and some of the stones were cracked and broken. I contacted the sales and they sent replacements as soon as they could. The only downside was the delivery from Palletforce who delivered 4 days late. the delivery was for Friday at three different timeslots of the holiday weekend and I had to contact sales to find out why they had not delivered. They did not deliver until Tuesday of the following week. Time to think of a different carrier.

The price was miles better than local suppliers, and the pack came in a range of sizes. Porcelain slabs were packed in twos and were all in perfect condition, 5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
