Alex was wonderful about keeping us informed as to where to meet him. He was entertaining and knowledgeable about our destination and gave us some recommendations about sites of which we were previously unaware. A great experience overall!

The first time I have used this company and will certainly be using them again. They were very professional. I had a email the evening before to let me know who my driver was going to be, a photo of them, the cars colour, make and registration number. The driver was pleasent, neat and tidy. He was on time. The car was comfortable and clean. There was a bottle of water if required.

Ground Transfers was super easy to work with, even though I'm in the U.S. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our driver, Darius, was on time and friendly. The cost was more than acceptable. Highly recommend.
