Ground Transfer made our novice International trip a breeze. Ground Transfers has direct and precise communication between the Driver and the Traveler. I found the phone app "WSAP" was easiest form of communication - it was just like real time texting with the driver. Our driver was easy to locate right inside the airport terminal - driver was ready and waiting. It was very simple and I traveled with confidence in Ground Transfers.

Oliver and driver Marius were so helpful and flexible as my daughter was having difficulty getting home from Rhodes. She was so relieved to receive texts and update notifications ,then be greeted and brought home smoothly after a very stressful time. Our driver, Peter, was professional and friendly, putting us at ease right away. He took us on a lovely ride through the countryside from Heathrow airport to our rental house in Chichester, avoiding heavy Festival of Speed traffic and providing interesting information along the way.

Very efficient company for our airport transfers. We had to change details in our booking, these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Always kept informed of booking and driver arrival, our luggage was lost on our return flight so we were later to our pick up, we kept driver informed and he was very understanding and waited for us to complete relevant documentation at airport, would recommend this taxi company excellent service.

Our driver, Peter was excellent! Car was clean, had bottles of water for us, took us to Windsor Castle and then to the airport. It was exactly what we wanted.

Great service, flight was delayed so never got the car I'd actually paid for but the replacement was adequate.

Contacted company when our flight was delayed and rebooked. Made sure the driver knew and waited for us. Driver was patient and courteous with the delay and while we reported missing luggage to the airline. This was a huge relief and one less thing to worry about for us.
