From initial booking with Oliver everything dealt in a very polite and professional manner. We had an Airport drop off and pick up. Driver arrived a few minutes early. Car spotlessly clean. This is the second time we have used Ground Transfers and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic company to travel with . Paul was fantastic on the way up to the airport he couldn't of done more to make the journey more comfortable. I didn't catch the name of the driver on the way home . He was quiet which I didn't mind as after a 9 hour flight talking is the last thing on my mind . The only down fall was after such a long flight all you want to do is get home but the driver took such a long route home it felt forever. Other than that a pleasant experience all in . Will use again .

Fast response to my initial enquiry and a late change to the timing of my booking (due to our travel company altering our departure time) was confirmed almost immediately. Further confirmation was received the night before pick-up along with the driver's details, and again shortly before the appointed time with a live link to see the driver's position. The journey was good and the driver (Adele) was friendly and courteous Very happy to recommend Ground Transfers.
