Both outward from Havant and return from Heathrow journeys were on time as specified. The drivers for the two trips were most friendly and helpful, offering bottled water for the journey (not used), and the offer to take a comfort break along the way, (not necessary). All in all a very pleasant experience which I will bear in mind the next time I require this type of service. Well done Ground Transfers.

The driver messaged shortly after the aircraft disembarked and was waiting in the Terminal as we caame through Customs. He was polite, helpful and drove well.

I phoned Ground Transfers with only a few hours notice as to when I needed their services, they were very accommodating, and the pick up from Southsea was spot on time, and the driver excellent, I even received a message 2 minutes after pick-up to tell me my daughter was on board and would be home shortly. Very reassuring, I will not hesitate to use them again.

I had my concerns at first not having used them before, but with confirmation the day before eased my anxiety. They arrived bang on time, very professional, nice clean cars, good driving, courteous drivers and will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

The service was very good. I would recommend this taxi service. The driver fetched us from Gatwick Airport. He was friendly and helpful. He drove carefully and when we arrived at the Hovercraft station he waited while we asked whether there were places on the next Hovercraft. If there had not been places he would have then driven us to the Portsmouth Harbour ferry.

Taxi for journey up to Heathrow turned up on time and driver was pleasant although still had a child’s seat in car (5 of us travelling), however this was swiftly rectified but something that could be checked before pick up I believe. Journey up to airport was smooth so no problems and arrived within plenty of time. Return journey was more problematic, flight arrived and as briefed by the company we stood outside Costa looking for driving, after 5/10 mins of walking up and down looking for driver decided to phone him. This is where I found out that he was 25-30 mins late, this I wouldn’t have a problem with, if he had either text or left a voicemail to let us know, unfortunately neither of these happened. Journey back home was fine until his phone died and nearly took us on a different route. Would have thought if the car doesn’t have satnav and drivers are using personnel phones then ensuring it is fully charged would be standard? Overall for a company that prides itself in executive standards I felt both legs of the journey lacked this and would question me using them again. Also the website states drivers are fully uniformed which is incorrect as both drivers turned up in there own clothing with the return driver wearing Jean/trousers with zips halfway up the leg. Personally not really got an issue with this as it’s what the driver is comfortable in but the company shouldn’t advertise that the drivers arrive in suit and tie if this is not the case.
